Thursday, May 26th Documentary Screening

“Unnatural Selection”, a Documentary on Genetically-Modified Food

On Thursday, May 26 at 8:00 PM, the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Franklin will be screening “Unnatural Selection”, a documentary about Monsanto and genetically-modified (GM) food.  The film describes the tragedy of thousands of suicides in India due to failed GM cotton crops; windborne GM canola that has contaminated organic and conventional farms in Canada; ghastly mutations in GM pigs; and inadequate testing and regulation of GM food.  This event is FREE and open to the public.  UUC is located at 206 Central St, Franklin, 03235.  For more info, call Louisa at 729-0248 or
